My favourite breakfast. Another classic, This raw banana porridge can be tweaked with various ingredients. It really is a base for you to the change modify and add to as you please with the ingredients you love.
The main ingredients are as follows:
Dates (up to five)
Half a cup of Oats (Can be replaced with Irish Moss Gel)
Peanut butter (or nut butter of your choice)
Hemp (or your favourite) Protein Powder
Superfood powder of your choice (spirulina, Maca, wheatgrass, chlorella or Cacao powder)
Hemp seeds (one or two tablespoons)
Chia Seeds (a teaspoon)
Nut milk of your choice or Coconut Water.
A splash of vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste.
Blend all ingredients in a blender for a few seconds, for a thicker or thinner consistency add more or less nut milk.
